CE Marking

The CE marking indicates that a product conforms to Community legislation and harmonized European standards. The product may move freely on the European Community market.

The CE marking is the obligation of the manufacturer, who, when applying the CE mark on his products, declares, under his sole responsibility, that the product meets all legal requirements.

Which products should have CE marking?

Products covered by the CE marking are those listed in the New Approach Directives (see list on the IPQ website).
