Mistery shopper audit

Mystery shopper audits are a management tool increasingly used by organizations, essentially aimed at evaluating the quality and effectiveness of services provided. Acting as a "normal customer," questions and doubts are presented about products / services, or certain situations are provoked, solely to assess the reaction and performance of those involved. At the end, a detailed report is prepared with a plan of suggested improvements.
