We offer a maintenance service for management systems, which can consist of holding regular meetings for advice, to carry out activities provided in the management system or simply to meet some need.

We find that there are several reasons for our customers to use this service.

As the management system is imbued with the day-to-day running of the organization, only a few specific activities are performed by the "system manager" who can accumulate this with other functions. Sometimes the system manager needs some guidance, which is provided through periodic meetings.

Some companies delegate to one of our consultants the role of system manager, which will work closer to the Customer.

Some clients request our support and guidance during the performance of some major change in the management system.
