Implementation

The implementation of a Management System generates some transversal advantages, regardless of the system in question - Quality, Environment, Food Safety:

The implementation of a Management System is carried out in 4 phases.

 

1. Diagnosis

The first is the diagnosis of the company or institution to identify the existing practices, the expectations and the objectives of the business, of the top anda intermediate management and the suggestions of the operational and management areas.

From the diagnosis results a set of actions to be carried out to implement the requirements of the management system, to achieve the business and the management objectives and to implement the suggestions that were considered pertinent.

 2. Planning and development

The planning and development phase of the system is where the entire system is planned and developed according to the actions identified in the previous stage.

At this stage, training actions are also carried out to sensitize all workers to important issues and to train system managers and internal auditors.

3. Implementation

The implementation phase follows the the construction of the system. That is, the practices defined in the management system are now perfectly known by all involved and are adopted. It is very important to follow closely the implementation of new procedures so that workers are comfortable with any changes.

4. Internal audit

Finally, an internal audit is performed to evaluate the compliance of the system with the normative reference and the practices defined by the management system.
